As the founder of Maryland.Academy, owner of Professional English and co-creator of H2H.expert, she combines her extensive experience with an innovative approach to education and competence development.
Specializes in training in soft skills, interpersonal and intercultural relations, helping organizations in effective communication and building strong teams. In his work, he uses knowledge from psychology and neurolinguistics, engaging modern teaching methods and supporting participants in maximizing the potential of their minds.
She is a leader who constantly seeks new solutions and inspires others to develop. She creates spaces where clients can improve their skills and discover new possibilities. Her approach is based on the belief that diversity is strength, and every situation carries value and potential for learning.

Paweł Wit Zagórski is a versatile professional with extraordinary competencies and an analytical mind , who has been successfully operating at the interface of language, science and business for years. As the founder of Humanus, he specializes in specialist translations – also in such demanding and niche fields as aviation, geography or archeology. His experience allows him to cooperate with leading companies, scientific institutions and universities, providing solutions at the highest level.
As a co-founder of H2H.expert, he brings to the team rich international experience gained in Poland, India, China, the USA and Ireland. Thanks to analytical skills and the ability to keep cool in the most challenging situations, he finds his place in dynamic and demanding projects.
He is fascinated by the world, people and their stories – it is this curiosity and openness to different cultures that make his work so profound. He is not only an expert in his field, but also a passionate creator – in his free time, he paints, draws and sculpts, finding in art another source of inspiration.

Michał Niedżwiadek
A dedicated English language teacher with over 20 years of professional experience, he is deeply committed to helping learners communicate confidently and effectively in a globalized world. He continuously develops his professional qualifications to ensure that his classes are not only effective, but also engaging and based on modern, learner-centered teaching methods. He firmly believes that lessons should be designed for the student — not the other way around.
His professional interests are driven by a genuine curiosity about the world around us. He enjoys analyzing current political and social developments and frequently incorporates real-life contexts into his teaching. He places strong emphasis on practical language use, with particular focus on vocabulary related to gastronomy, hospitality, politics and public life, enabling learners to apply language skills in authentic situations.
He takes great pride in his long-term commitment to education and in the trust he has built with generations of students. Guiding learners from beginner to advanced levels and observing their progress over time is one of his most meaningful professional achievements. He is also proud of fostering an open, supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and independent expression.
Looking ahead, he aims to further expand his teaching practice by deepening his expertise in contemporary language education and by continuing to adapt his methods to the evolving needs of learners in a rapidly changing world. Maria Ochal
I specialize in teaching English and Spanish, as well as providing conference interpretation between English and Polish.
My proudest achievements include defending my Master’s thesis, completing a year-long Language Assistant program in Valencia, and summiting Mount Ararat (5,137m). I am also proud of planning and executing a month-long journey across Indonesia, and most importantly, the meaningful relationships I share with my loved ones.
In my free time, I enjoy running, cooking, practicing yoga, and reading in three languages. I also attend handicraft workshops, visit the cinema, hike in the forest, sing in a choir, and – of course – plan my next travels.

Sonia Rathore
A PhD scholar in International Relations at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Poland and an Erasmus scholar at Charles University in the Czech Republic. Her research focuses on gender studies, food security, and education, combining academic insight with experience in the corporate and medical industries.
Being a native speaker of English she served as an academic ambassador at Lublin Urząd Miasta Lublin, supporting students in learning English and building confidence. She was also a volunteer at the American Corner in Lublin and currently serves as an Erasmus mentor, guiding students through international academic experiences. Passionate about education and social impact, Sonia works with children with special needs and with migrant and refugee communities, believing that learning and care can transform lives.
Curious about cultures and committed to meaningful change, she integrates research, teaching, and volunteering to inspire growth and support communities around the world.

Tetiana Yanovitskaya
Creative English Teacher with over 22 years of experience, having excellent communication skills in working with diverse learners, including students with special educational needs. Promotes classroom collaborations and practical teaching techniques focused on breaking speaking barriers. Continuously seeks unique and inspiring ways to introduce complicated and complex topics, providing an inclusive multicultural environment.
She has a strong track record of preparing students for international exams (IELTS, FCE) delivering engaging, results-oriented lessons across different age groups. A certified facilitator of Media Literacy, she has also served as an interpreter in the United States and has extensive experience cooperating with foreign delegations and international school exchange programs. She is into training and NGO environments supporting learning and integration.
Her passion for artistic performance brings a unique creative atmosphere motivating students to discover and develop their hidden talents aiming to succeed. She is a dedicated lifelong learner who consistently pursues professional development opportunities to enhance her teaching practice.
Privately, Tetiana is an actress, a vocalist and a musician in a cover band. Her creativity further extends to writing original poems and songs, drawing abstractions, and engaging in handmade crafts.

A German language teacher with many years of experience in conducting corporate language courses. She specializes in Business German, with a particular focus on professional communication, industry-specific vocabulary, and real-life career scenarios. In her work, she prioritizes an individual approach, tailoring teaching methods to each learner’s needs, goals, and learning style, while placing great emphasis on the practical application of the language.
Currently, she collaborates with language schools, primarily providing online lessons for adults and teenagers. The remote format allows her to reach students from various locations.
Her greatest inspiration comes from conversations with people—their stories, experiences, and perspectives. It is this human connection that makes teaching so rewarding and motivates her to continuously grow.
In her free time, between classes, she enjoys exploring poetry and writing her own blog. These activities allow her to unwind, foster her creativity, and find new inspirations that she often brings into her teaching practice.
